Been going here for years. Not many churches in the area that has the architecture of a "church" in North Western Dade. Some near by churches are square building or wearhouses. Our Lady of The Lakes uses local lime stones found underground in Florida, for outside wall and alter back wall to give it a unique South Florida touch. Participating in mass here make me feel at peace compared to other local Catholic churches. Mass are in English and in Spanish, but not bilingual. Check out church webpage for scheduling.
This is the best school in whole world!
It’s really nice the teachers are nice and kind it’s a joyful school
We had just moved to the Town and attended mass at this church. My son was denied the bread during communion by some old lady. She placed it on his hands and then she took it back. This was some years ago but I never forgot. He refused to return to church until this coming Easter, so we’re going to mother of the Redeemer instead. Parishioners are also unfriendly.
Disgusting leeches! I would hope they include in the “Welcome Packet” your child will starve if they are negative -12.00 in lunch account! I got a call telling me my kid can’t eat bc her balance is negative! At the moment I only have payschools bookmarked on my laptop not the app, so I couldn’t replenish that second! After I told her that she didn’t care I told her how ridiculous she sounds letting my kid not eat for the day and she hung up on me! Very professional! I am embarrassed for my child. She starved at a catholic school. So much for doing Gods work! Shameful woman! Here she is!
More then willing to explain and discuss with anyone interested as to why I gave this school this rating. I had reached out to the school staff to resolve the problem, never received a response. Feel free to email me if you would like to hear about the reason behind this poor review. In the best interest of my children I removed original review.

I think this was one of the best Church around till yesterday My dad has covid me and my mother went to church looking to pray they didn’t let us in because they having a wedding a lady at the door ask us why at we here told her looking for god and she’s like the church is. Not available right now I tought this is the house our the lord that we come here looking of an answer (forgiveness to pray )or a Miracle not a business maker
